Avista Corporation, doing business as Avista Utilities' (Avista or the Company), appreciates the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff s (Staff) evaluation and comments related to the Electric
Line Extension Schedule 51 (Schedule 51)proposed by the Company. In particular,the Company
supports Staff s recommendation that the Company submit a compliance filing updating the tariff
language to include"all customers"with a load request who require an impact study to pay for the
cost.
