there wouldn't be. Are there any other parties to this
case present on the line?
MR. HAUGHT: Gene Haught here.
COMMISSIONER ANDERSON: Thank you, Gene,
very much, appreciate it. This meeting wil-I be conducted
in person and telephonically. Let me explain the
procedures and parameters of tonight's hearing. You'll-
be sworn in if you wish to testify as you would in any
other official court proceeding. I w1ll ask you to
identify yourself for the record, which wil-l include your
name, spelling your last name, your address, and whether
or not yourre a customer of Atlanta Power.
The Company -- you may then provide your
testj-mony after you were sworn in. Depending on the
attendance tonight, which I donrt think we have too many
people dialed in, we won't put any time constraints at
this point, then. We just want to make sure that
everybody has the opportunity to present their evidence.
We do have a court reporter for the
proceedings. Tonight we have Connie Bucy creating the
official transcript of our record, and if you speak
softJ-y or too fast, either I or Connie wil-l- Iet you know
and ask you to sl-ow down. We want to get your accurate
testimony on the record, so with that, have I missed
anythj-ng, Commissioners?
