My name is Commissioner Eric Anderson. I'm the Chair of tonJ-ght's proceeding and I'm joined wlth Commissioner John Chatburn to my right and Commissioner John Hammond to my left. At this point a public workshop has been hel-d by both the Company and the Public Util-ities Commission. Tonight's objective j-s to take public testJ-mony, which will be added to the underlying record in this case.
