Pursuant to I.B.C.R. 227 and Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC") Rule of
Procedure 19, the undersigned counsel moves the Commission for admission of Rose Monahan,
pro hac vice, in this case.
Rose Monahan certificates that she is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
California, that she maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and that she
is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho. Pursuant to I.B.C.R.
227(c)(1)(C), Ms. Monahan provides that the State Bar of California does not place limits on the
number of pro hac vice admissions. Ms. Monahan was previously admitted before this
Commission under LB.C.R. 227 in 2021, in Case No. IPC-E-21-17.

Undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this motion has been served on all parties in
this case and that a copy of the motion, accompanied by a$325 fee and a certificate of good
standing, are being concurrently submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
Counsel certify that the above information is true to best of their knowledge.
In accordance with I.B.C.R. 227(b)(2), Gregory M. Adams further requests that the
Commission excuse his attendance at further proceedings on behalf of Sierra Club and Vote
Solar if Ms. Monahan appears at such proceedings.

The Commission has considered the Motion for Pro Hac Vice filed on May 1, 2025 and

vice in this case and that Gregory M. Adams serve as Local Counsel, whose attendance on behalf
of Sierra Club and Vote Solar shall be excused in all proceedings in which Rose Monahan
appears.
