Observations Included: Line locating-operator hit comm line that was only buried 4" deep, he then called
Sparklight and 811 to inform them, Sparklight responded and stated that service was still working. Operator
made repair to conduit and buried to correct depth.
Correct trench depth, backfilling, stab fittings, pressure testing, purging, EFV installation, safety
equipment, tracer wire, verification of OQ records and questioned gas guy on squeeze/release times.
