On April 1,2025,Idaho Power Company("Company")applied to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") for an order authorizing the Company to implement the Export
Credit Rate ("BCR") for non-legacy on-site generation customers from June 1, 2025 through May
31, 2026, and to approve the Company's corresponding proposed changes to Schedule 6,
Residential Service On-Site Generation, Schedule 8, Small General Service On-Site Generation,
and Schedule 84, Large General, Large Power, and Irrigation On-Site Generation Service.
On April 21, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Suspension of Proposed Effective Date. The Commission also issued a Notice of Modified
Procedure, establishing a public comment deadline of May 15, 2025, and a Company reply
deadline of May 22, 2025. A Notice of Customer Hearing was also issued, setting a customer
hearing date of May 20, 2025. Finally, the Commission issued a Notice of Public Workshop
directing Commission Staff("Staff') to hold an in-person, informational workshop for customers
taking service from the Company, and to provide customers with an overview of the Application
and an opportunity to ask questions about the Application. Order No. 36558. The public workshop
was set for May 7, 2025.
At the Commission's April 23, 2025, decision meeting, Staff presented a decision
memorandum recommending that the Commission direct Staff to include an option for virtual
participation at the May 7, 2025, public workshop.
Currently, 391 public comments have been submitted regarding the Application and
proposed ECR, and, in the best interest of the public, a telephonic option for the May 7, 2025,
public workshop should be provided to allow a greater number of customers across the state to
attend.

With this Order, we direct Commission Staff("Staff") to hold an in-person and telephonic
public workshop.
AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Staff will hold an in-person and telephonic public,
informational workshop for customers taking service from the Company at the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission, 11331 W. Chinden Blvd.,Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise, Idaho, 83714
on WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 2025, FROM 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. (local time). The purpose of
the workshop is to provide customers with an overview of the Application regarding the proposed
ECR. At the workshop, customers may ask Staff about the Application and how customers may
further participate in the proceeding. Representatives of the Company may also be available.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the customer public workshop will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Persons
needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance to participate in or to understand
presented material at a public workshop may ask the Commission to provide a sign language
interpreter or other assistance at the workshop. The request for assistance must be received at least
five (5)working days before the workshop by contacting the Commission Secretary at:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff will hold an in-person and telephonic public,

6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. (local time). Customers and interested persons may also participate
telephonically or on-line using the access information above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary.See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
