and when are customers given the summary?
Reply. Due to the untimely death of the prior manager and change in
customer accounting personnel, the current management was unaware of
the Utility Customer Relations Rule 701 or the Utilty Customer Information
Rule 101 to provide summaries of rules and rates to customers on an
annual basis. Applicant wil comply with these requirements in the future
and pledges to work with th PUC Staff to develop summaries accptable
