FIRST PRODUCTION
REQUEST OF THE
COMMISSION STAFF TO
ATLANTA POWER COMPANY
The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Atlanta Power Company (Company)
provide the following documents and information on or before TUESDAY, JULY 29, 2008.
The Company is reminded that responses pursuant to Commission Rules of Procedure
must include the name and phone number of the person preparing the document, and the name,
location and phone number of the record holder. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Atlanta Power is
requested to provide, by way of supplementa responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that wil augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person
preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder.

For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the
job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
Request No.1: By customer class, how many actual non-pay disconnections did your
company perform in each of the calendar years 2005 through 2008 to date?
Request No.2: As of July 1,2008, how many customers' accounts were past due?
Please provide this data by rate schedule for the follow time periods: 30, 60 and 90 days past
due.
Request No.3: Please provide sample copies of a residential and a commercial customer
bil.
Request No.4: Please provide sample copies of the Rules Sumar required by Rule
701 Utilty Customer Relations Rule (UCRR) and the Anual Rate Sumar required by Rule
101, Utilty Customer Information Rules (UCIR) provided to customers served under all
schedules. How and when are customers given the sumar?
Request No.5: Please provide contact information for Company representatives who
respond to customer complaints, biling, collection, outages, and other service related problems.
At a minimum, please provide the name, telephone number, location and hours available for each
individual responsible for these areas.
