Comment: "I moved to Rigby in December of 2023, The allowed gallons of water in the
base plan was 1000 gal. Falls Water revised the plan in January of 24 and allowed 11000 gal
in the median usage before you had to start paying extra per gallon. Even at that rate my
water bill would go from the base of 65.00 dollars to as high as 300.00 dollars or more for
watering my lawn. Now they're asking to change it again, back to 1000 gal median usage
Lowering that basic price somewhat, but in the overall plan it will totally wipe me out to try
and keep a green lawn, I've never lived anywhere that I've had to pay this kind of money for
water. I totally disagree with this new plan from Falls Water. It will put a hardship and
financial burden on anyone during the summer months, and my income does not go up
because it's summer."
