STAFF'S FORMAL COMPLAINT
CONCERNING INTERMOUNTAIN GAS STIPULATED MOTION To APPROVE
COMPANY AND THE REXBURG LIQUID STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT
NATURAL GAS FACILITY
Intermountain Gas Company (Intermountain or Company) and the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission Staff(Staff) move the Idaho Public Utilities Commission for an Order approving
the Stipulation and Settlement in this case under Rule 56, 272, and 274.
On January 27, 2025, Staff filed the Formal Complaint in this matter. In February and
March 2025, the Commission extended the Company's deadline to file an answer to the
Complaint, in part to allow settlement discussions. On April 7, the Company filed an answer.
During this time, Staff and the Company met in person and virtually to discuss the circumstances
surrounding the allegations in the Formal Complaint, possible resolution of the issues, and other
matters. On April 17, 2025, the Company and Staff executed the Stipulation and Settlement.
Staff and the Company believe that the Stipulation and Settlement reflect a reasonable
compromise of the matters addressed in the Formal Complaint; that approval of the Stipulation

and Settlement is in the public interest; and that the Stipulation and Settlement should be
approved without modification.
For these reasons, Staff and Intermountain request that the Commission issue an order:
1. Granting this Motion and accepting the Stipulation and Settlement in its entirety,
without material change or condition; and
2. Any other relief the Commission deems just and reasonable.
