Comment: " Gem State appears to have bunched all of there smaller systems together,
some have been around for more than 40 +years and are well established and operate well
under the current Fees.
These six different water water systems should be operated and billed individually and
not paying for new or other developments.
The price of water now almost prevents affordable water for green space around homes
or a lawn next to our home for FIRE PREVENTION. Also sad that this will prevent well
established home owners that have grown gardens for years, now find it cheaper to drive to
town and buy produce.
Let me ask you or anybody that takes the time to read this when was the last time you
got a 79% pay increase?
The State Public Utility's Commission should not allow Gem state to increase rates like
this, maybe we should do a cost of living increase 2 or 3% a year like our Social Security
income, or a normal wage increase?
Please do not price people out of their own gardens! Please do not make the fire danger
any higher then it already is.
