Effective 12/31/2010 Western Teleservices Inc. DBA Western Communications will no longer provide 
telecommunications service in Idaho.  The primary service we provided was public pay phones. 
I have included a copy of the IPUC notice form. 
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the members of the IPUC that I had the pleasure of 
working with over the last 19 years.
