To Cancel its Tariff
Dear Sir or Madam:
WDT World Discount Telecommunications Company (“WDT”),hereby voluntarily surrenders its
certificates of public convenience and necessity to provide resold long distance telecommunications
services.
WDT ceased all operations in Idaho and no has no plans to re-enter the market.WDT does not serve any
customers or have any active telecommunications operations in Idaho
For the reasons set forth above,WDT requests that the Commission cancel its Tariff on file effective
immediately or as soon as the Commission can take such action.
I have enclosed an extra copy of this letter to be date stamped and returned to me in the enclosed,self-
addressed,postage prepaid envelope.Please contact me if you have any questions,or if I may provide you
with additional information.
