a limited income on retirement. What gem state water is trying to do if passed put
restrictions on how people live here. I ask you to consider a conservative increase that will

Comment: "Gem State water Company want to increase our general water rate 79%which
is a huge hit to all of use using this water system. Previous updates have been done and we
still have low water pressure. We can't afford this increase!"
