verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, mechanical fittings (couplers), tracer wire,
pressure test, squeeze off(only observed the release), bedding, backfill and continuity tests. Quizzed
employees on AOCs of squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were completed in accordance
with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Observations Included: (4069 Williams Street, Buhl, ID) Line locating, correct trench depth, safety
equipment, verification OQ records and verification equipment calibrations. All observed procedures were
