trenching,boring and pullback, removal and disposal of coal tar wrap, butt fusion, UT reading of.183" at
weld location, SMAW welding, tracer wire, installation of two Maloney posts, pressure test, 321b
sacrificial anode, wax wrap, bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees on AOCs of manual butt fusion. All
observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
