Dear Ms Jewell:
Alltel Holding Corporate Services, Inc. (AHCSI) , as a switchless reseller, will begin providing
interexchange telecommunication service to business and residential customer in Iowa sometime during
the 2nd Quarter 2006.
AHCSI and Alltel Communications, Inc. (ACI) will transfer ACI's interexchange service customers to
AHCSI. AHCSI and ACI will comply with FCC 47.CFR-64.1120 by notifying ACI customers of the company
change at least 30 days prior to the transfer and filing a copy of the required customer notification with the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission prior to any customers in the State of Idaho receiving the notice
transfer. The transfer will not take place until possibly some time in the 2nd Quarter of 2006.
The tariff that AHCSI has enclosed contains the same services and plans, terms and conditions of service
and rates as the ACI tariff that is currently on file with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Therefore
other than the name change, there will be no changes to any aspect of the customers' current service.
The issued date of this tariff is December 23, 2005 and the effective date is June 1 , 2006, although the
date that AHCSI will begin providing service in the State of Idaho has not yet been determined.
AHCSI has registered with the Idaho Secretary of State s office and by virtue of Certificate of Authority No.
C 163892 is authorized to conduct business in the state of Idaho.
As mentioned above, the tariff which contains the terms and conditions under which AHCSI will provide
service , as well as, a list of those services and rates is attached. Any subsequent revisions to this price
list will be filed with your office a minimum of 10 days prior to those revisions being implemented.
