Observations Included: (4697 E Pondera Dr, Nampa, ID) Correct trench depth, safety equipment,
verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, mechanical fittings(coupler) installation,
inspected completed butt fusion for proper rollback, tracer wire, pressure test, squeeze off, cleaning purge,
bedding, backfill and continuity test. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of squeeze off procedures.
All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Observations Included: (4597 E Fontuna Dr, Nampa, ID) Line locating, correct trench depth, safety
equipment, verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, mechanical fittings (coupler)
installation, tracer wire, pressure test, squeeze off, cleaning purge, bedding and backfill.
All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
