OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, mechanical fittings (coupler) installation, tracer wire,
pressure test, squeeze off, bedding, backfill and continuity test. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of
butt fusion and squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Observations Included: (5665 N Christian Ave, Meridian, ID) Line locating, correct trench depth, safety
equipment, verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations and butt fusion. Quizzed
employees on applicable AOCs of butt fusion and squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were
completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
