Division of Public Utilities:
Western CLEC Corporation hereby notifies the Commission of a change in the control of
the company. In particular, Western CLEC Corporation will continue to hold the above-
referenced authorization to provide competitive local exchange services. The ultimate
parent of Western CLEC Corporation will change, however, from Western Wireless
Corporation to AllTel Corporation. The address and contact information for Western
CLEC Corporation will remain the same.
