Sadly, I must relay that Yolo Communications ofIdaho, Inc.'s ("Volo ) lead investors have shutdown its network
& laid off personnel. Being this is my last few hours, I wanted to bring closure to the parts of the business that I
touched.
Please accept this email as notification that V 010 is withdrawing its PUC CLEC & IXC certification in the State of
Idaho.

V 010 has no customers and therefore has no deposits to refund. V 010 has not transacted any business during the
year of 2007 and has nothing to report for the 2007 Annual Report. Unfortunately, V 010 has no funds to pay its
employees less enough to pay any fees.
