March 3rd,2025: Inspector Galli travelled to the Twin Falls District to conduct a construction inspection
in Jerome;ID.
Observations Included: (2109 & 2113 Regan St, Jerome, ID) (Split Service) Correct trench depth, safety
equipment, verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, mechanical fittings (coupler& T)
installation, tracer wire, pressure test, squeeze off and bedding. Unable to backfill due to pending Idaho
Power inspection. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of squeeze off procedures. All observed
procedures were completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
March 511, 2025: Inspector Galli travelled back to Boise, ID.
