office, accompanied meter inspector Sherman Schmidt while performing annual inspection on Reg
Stations#48675-RS-59877, 48679-RS-59725, 48679-RS-60085 and conducted 37 High Pressure
Service Sets (HPSS) inspections in Pocatello

IPUC Inspector Perkins traveled to Grace, Soda Spring and Lava Hot Springs and conducted 70 High
Pressure Service Sets (HPSS) inspections.
March 27, 2025: (1.0 Standard)
IPUC Inspector Perkins traveled to Grace and Bancroft and conducted 36 High Pressure Service Sets
(HPSS) inspections and worked on Form 1.
March 28, 2025: (1.0 Standard)
IPUC Inspector Perkins traveled back to Boise and completed Form 1.
Discrepancies
Throughout the Grace/Bancroft area the pipeline markers and HPSS markers are unreadable and need
replaced and in multiple places there were no carsonites at the HPSS.
