Idaho Code g 61-1003. This statute requires utilities to report their gross intrastate revenues by the first of April of
each year. Also, please be aware your company has not reported Gross Intrastate Revenues for the two previous
years. Enclosed is a form for reporting gross intrastate revenues. The fonn must be completed and return to thePublic ,Utilities Commission no later than May 15 2006. You will need a form for each year unreported.
