Enclosed for filing please find TeleUno, Inc.' s ("Applicant") Application for Withdrawal of
Price List. Applicant is a non-facilities based long distance reseller, FEIN: 51-0401137, and hereby
notifies the Commission that the company has ceased all operations and gone out of business, having
no assets, funds, staff or other resources. Applicant has terminated its lease and closed the corporate
office located at 2754 W. Atlantic Blvd., Ste. 8, Pompano Beach FL 33069 and terminated all staff.
However, before termination of business, TeleUno did notify all Idaho long distance
customers of the termination and assisted them with finding another long distance carrier.
As a result of this unexpected closing, filing of the enclosed Application and notification of
the cessation of business is the last and only function this office has authority to perform.

APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF PRICE LIST
TeleUno, Inc. (“Applicant”), pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Idaho Public
Utility Commission (“Commission”), hereby requests that the company’s Price List, originally
accepted on February 6, 2003 be withdrawn by the Commission. In support of this Application,
Applicant submits the following information:
1. APPLICANT
Applicant is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 2754 W.
Atlantic Blvd., Ste. 8, Pompano Beach FL 33069, Federal ID number 51-0401137. Applicant
does not have any physical assets in the State of Idaho and does not have any relationships with
any individual or party within the State of Idaho, nor does Applicant have any customers in the
State of Idaho.

3. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST
Applicant requests that the Commission withdraw the company’s Price List. As
Applicant has ceased all operations and gone out of business, having no assets, funds, staff or
other resources, Applicant requests that these actions be effective as soon as possible in
accordance with the rules and regulations of the Commission.
4. PUBLIC INTEREST CONSIDERATIONS
As Applicant has no relationships with any entity or individual in the State of Idaho and
is providing no services in the State of Idaho, the withdrawal of its Price List will have no
appreciable effect on the public interest. However, Applicant did notify all Idaho customers of
the company’s termination and assisted with finding another long distance carrier.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that the Price List originally approved on
February 6, 2003 be withdrawn by the Commission.
