Comment: "Why is it that those who the least amount of water pay twice the amount per one
thousand gallons than those more water. 5/8" line compared to those 4" line.This is rewarding
those who use more water! Everyone should pay the same amount per thousand gallons.this
would encourage those who use the most water to conserve water.The way the rates are set up
hurts the little users the hardest."
