RE:TON Services Inc. - Cancellation of Certificate and Withdrawal of Price List
Dear Ms. Jewell:
The original and three (3) copies of this letter are submitted on behalf of TON Services Inc. to request
immediate cancellation of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and withdrawal of its
Idaho Price List.
The Company ceased all regulated operations in July 2010. TON Services Inc. offered payphone service
and prepaid calling card service sold only at Flying J travel plazas. TON had no presubscribed customers;
therefore, no customer notice was required.
Expedited handling of this request would be greatly appreciated.
Please acknowledge receipt of this filing by date-stamping the extra copy of this cover letter and
