Comment: "A few weeks ago we received a letter stating Gem State Water is raising our neighborhood base
water by 79%. This is outlandish and far exceeds regular inflation percentages of 2.3%.Our rates were raised
60%a year ago and we have seen no accounting of what that increased revenue went towards.
Please consider NOT raising our rates. Also give us more information about exactly what your costs are and
take better care of the pump house and the grass!
