To Whom It May Concern:
As of December 31,2006, Telliss LLC is no longer doing business in your state. The long-
distance portion of-our company was sold prior to that date.
Included with this letter is the form for "Gross Intrastate Revenue for 2006" which was
not filed when it should have been. Our previous bookkeeper, Mike Kincade, has been
fired for incompetence and charges filed for embezzlement. As the-new bookkeeper
am working to straighten out the mess that was left behind.
Please review the forms and determine what we owe for final payment, plus any penalties
or interest that cannot be abated.
