Comment: "This is NOT OK.These a-holes already more than doubled our water costs two
years ago and now they're trying to do it again?
My service is horrible. My pressure is low, my shower is like a light rainstorm and they only
give us 12gpm. If I run a sprinkler in my yard, water barely runs from my sink.
This greedy Oregon based natural gas company pretending to be an Idaho based water
company needs to pound sand.
THE PEOPLE WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS. There will be more anger than you've ever seen at
the public hearings. Last time was bad, this time I fear for the safety of GSW. "

Comment: "I don't know who's submitting this information claiming that it is a 53-79% rate
increase, but that is incorrect. GSW is trying to raise the rate 465%.
You guys were bad at math last time and I had to do the math for you at the last meeting,
and you still didn't listen.
You let Gem State make total fools of the PUC and you're doing it again. Are they paying you

off?
Here's the fact: Right now we are charged 35/month for 15,000 gallons. That's 2.3 cents per
gallon. Under their new request, it would be 53.50 for 5,000 gallons. That's 10.7 cents per
gallon. That is a 465% increase.
Not only that, but how on earth are we supposed to live in an AG ZONING if we're not
allowed to use water?
This needs to go away and, in fact, it should be reduced.
You guys failed last time. Do yourjob this time and send them packing:'

Comment: "Hello. We are writing you today because of the very large increase proposed to
our water rates. The last time we had our water rates increased, our rates were one of the
highest in North Idaho! While we realize 'everything' is going up, this increase is ridiculous!
We are struggling to keep our lawn and plants alive in the summer and fall as it is, because
we can't afford to water! And forget the garden this year. More than half of this subdivision
are retirees on a fixed income, the rest of us are working hard to make ends meet. Please
do not let this increase go through, and have a meeting to discuss these issues. And yes,
we definitely noticed the extremely short time frame from OUR notice of this rate increase
until the effective date. Thank you for your time, the Lund family"
