Dear Ms.Jewell:
Teleconnect Long Distance Services and Systems Company (“Teleconnect”),
submits this written notice to give the Commission notice of request for cancellation of
registration authority on November 15,2014.By letter dated September 2,2014,notice
was provided to the Commission ofthe planned transfer of customers to its affiliate,MCI
Communications Services,Inc.d/b/a Verizon Business Services.With the transfer of
customers complete,Teleconnect requests cancellation of its authority in Idaho and its
Title 62 Price List effective on November 15,2014,but no later than December 1,2014.
