The purpose of this letter is to inform you that TeleCents Communications, Inc. will
cease operations as of Monday, September 21 , 2009. After this date, you no longer will
receive any payments from TeleCents. A Notice of Discontinuance for TeleCents
Communications, Inc. was filed with the state of Michigan.
