Safelink Internet LLC, DBA Anthem Broadband is pleased to submit our application for the Idaho
Broadband Equipment Tax Credit for the year 2024. As an Idaho-based company, we are
dedicated to expanding and improving broadband connectivity across the state. We provide
both wireless internet and fiber-optic services, delivering reliable, high-speed internet access to
businesses and residents, including those in rural and underserved areas. Our mission is to
bridge the digital divide by ensuring that communities throughout Idaho have access to fast,
dependable broadband infrastructure.

3. Description of Broadband Services Offered
Anthem Broadband provides both Fiber FTTP and Fixed Wireless services across Idaho, offering
reliable, high-speed internet to residential and business customers. Our network expansion
continues to support economic growth and digital inclusion in the state.
4. Transmission Rates Provided
The lowest transmission rate offered in 2024 to customers on our broadband network is
10/2Mbps while our highest service tier reaches 1Gbps symmetrical.
5. List of Qualified Broadband Equipment
Anthem Broadband has compiled a comprehensive list of broadband equipment that meets the
statutory criteria outlined in Idaho Code § 63-30291. The total broadband investment for the
year 2024 amounted to $2,355,074.05 which includes essential infrastructure and equipment
necessary for the expansion and enhancement of broadband services.

8. Certification Statement
The Applicant has reviewed the applicable statutes for the Broadband Investment Income Tax
Credit and believes that the aforementioned equipment qualifies for the tax credit under Idaho

7. Potential Idaho Customers Served
As of December 31, 2024, the Anthem Broadband serves 12,768 active customers within
the state of Idaho and 5062 customers outside of Idaho. Idaho customers account for
71% of the Anthem Broadband's total network. The potential customer base within
Idaho is 129,000, based on individual location capabilities and regional accessibility.
