Subject: Falls Water Taylor Mountain rate increases
Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez,
I am writing concerning the second proposed increase by Falls Water to service the Taylor Mountain
subdivision. I am uncertain of the effective date as the notice I received stated it would take place
"on or after"3/1/25.
Falls Water was given an exclusive contract to service this area and has already upped their rates
once in the quite recent past.We already paid them considerably more than we did for services
outside of Taylor Mountain BEFORE their last rate increase. It is unclear to me and my neighbors
why they are already asking for more money.
As residents of the Taylor Mountain neighborhood,we strongly oppose this second increase.
