Comment: "After attending the workshop last week regarding the PLW rate increase proposal, I left
feeling grateful. I am grateful that you guys put on those workshops, in order to explain how the rate
is determined. It really helped me to understand that the company cannot just raise rates to
whatever they please, and that you guys are diving deep into an audit,to ensure a reasonable rate
for the customers, as well as a reasonable return for the company.
want compliment PLW for doing such a good job updating, and maintaining our water system,
since taking over. If our water needs to be turned off,we get plenty of notice, and Jared works hard
to fix the problem to get it turned back on asap. It gives me piece of mind to know that they are
planning maintenance and upgrades, in order to keep our water clean and accessible. I know that
we will not be in the same situation as some of the water system horror stories that you told us
about, under PLW's ownership.
The proposed rate increase has come as quite a shock to our neighborhood, as it is such a high
increase all at one time. I am not any excited about raised rates, but I hope that a good middle
ground is met when it is all said and done.Thankyou for all of the time that you put into making this
decision. "
