Dear Ms.Jewell:
This letter provides notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission pursuant to Idaho Statutes,
Title 62-612 of the intention of SNET America,Inc.d/b/a AT&T Long Distance East to
withdraw in entirety its Idaho IntraLATA and InterLATA Resale Telecommunications Services
Pricelist currently on file with the Commission and associated services effective June 15.2014.
Pursuant to Title 62-612(2),AT&T Long Distance East published a notice of discontinue in
several Idaho newspapers on April 1.2014.
So that our records will be complete,I would appreciate it if you would please date-stamp the extra
copy of this notice letter and mail it in the envelope provided.
