SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ASPEN CREEK WATER COMPANY'S
APPLICATION TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND CHARGES FOR
WATER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE NO. ASP-W-24-03.
On August 26, 2024, Aspen Creek Water Co. Inc, ("Company") applied for authority to
increase its rates and non-recurring charges. On January 9, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice
of Customer Hearing, setting a March 13, 2025, hearing date to take customer testimony in this
case. Order No. 36440.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Based upon the projected weather conditions that may affect the Commission's ability to
travel to and from the currently scheduled March 13, 2025, hearing date, Staff recommends that
the Commission vacate the current schedule and issue a Modified Notice of Customer Hearing
establishing a March 26, 2025, customer hearing date.

hearing date and issue a Modified Notice of Customer Hearing establishing a March 26, 2025,
customer hearing date?
