Veolia objects to the Requests to the extent: • The "definitions" and instructions" sections purport to impose obligations beyond Veolia's obligations under statute and rule. • They seek documents that do not exist, are not within Veolia's possession or control, or are as accessible to Micron as to Veolia. • They seek documents or responses that are protected by attorney-client privilege and protective doctrines such as the work-product doctrine. • They seek documents or responses that go beyond the time-period covered in this case, are vague, and are unduly broad and burdensome. • They seek documents or responses that have already been provided in this case.
