In response to the First Production Request (Requests) of Micron Technology, Inc. to
Veolia Water Idaho, Inc., (Veolia or Company) dated February 24, 2025, Veolia submits the
following objections.
Veolia objects to the Requests to the extent:
• The "definitions" and instructions" sections purport to impose obligations beyond
Veolia's obligations under statute and rule.
• They seek documents that do not exist, are not within Veolia's possession or control, or
are as accessible to Micron as to Veolia.
• They seek documents or responses that are protected by attorney-client privilege and
protective doctrines such as the work-product doctrine.
• They seek documents or responses that go beyond the time-period covered in this case,
are vague, and are unduly broad and burdensome.
• They seek documents or responses that have already been provided in this case.

• They call for a response that constitutes a legal argument or legal conclusion.
Veolia reserves the right to supplement these objections as more information becomes
available.
