Comment: "Dear Public Utilities Committee,
We own an empty, undeveloped lot in Aspen Creek Meadows.We believe an increase of our water
bill of over 300% is excessively high, especially considering we use no water on our property. It is
not right that we should have to pay the same amount as somebody renting out an Airbnb or has a
huge lawn. Meters should be used to measure water usage per lot.We also don't think we should
pay more to fund the development of additional subdivisions. We are approaching retirement on a
fixed income and are respectfully requesting that the commission deny this request for this huge
increase.
