REFLECT THE NAME CHANGE TO 1-800-
RECONEX, INC.
On June 20, 2003 , 1-800-RECONEX, Inc. submitted a request to change its name from
Sterling International Funding, Inc. dba Reconex to 1-800-RECONEX, Inc. The Idaho Secretary
of State indicates that a Certificate of Authority is on file under the name of 1-800-RECONEX
Inc. Staff presented this matter to the Commission at its July 7, 2003 decision meeting. Staff
recommended and the Commission approved the request for name change. Consequently, the
Commission authorizes the name change from Sterling International Funding, Inc. dba Reconex to
800-RECONEX, Inc. on Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 336 (First
Amended).
