NATURAL GAS FACILITY
Intermountain Gas Company hereby requests the Idaho Public Utilities Commission for
an Order approving an additional extension of time to answer the Formal Complaint, making a
response due on April 7, 2025, to enable continued discussions between the Company and Staff
related to the case.
Intermountain Gas has been in communication with Commission Staff, and Staff
stipulates to the extension.
