Micron Technology, Inc. ("Micron"), in accordance with Idaho Public Utilities
Commission("Commission")Rule of Procedure 256,hereby notifies the Commission of its intent
to file a combined response to the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association,Inc.'s("IIPA")Objection
to Modified Procedure, Demand for Hearing, and Motion to Consolidate for Hearing with
Interrelated Cases ("Objection and Motion"), filed on February 20, 2025, and the Idaho Industrial
Customers of Idaho Power's ("ICIP") Answer to, and Concurrence with, IIPA's Objection and
Motion("Concurrence"), filed on February 27, 2025, within 14 days from the Concurrence filing,
or by March 13, 2025.

The Special Contract at issue in this case is between Idaho Power Company ("Idaho
Power") and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Micron, Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing
(Triton) LLC. The Commission granted Micron's intervention in this case in Order No. 36460 on
February 10, 2025.
Micron has reviewed the Notice filed today by Idaho Power' and agrees with Idaho Power
that IIPA's Objection and Motion and ICIP's Concurrence are properly considered under
Commission Rule 256. Like Idaho Power, to the extent the Commission believes that Rule 57.03
is applicable,which requires that a party answer a motion or seek additional time to answer within
14 days after the motion is served,Micron requests additional time to respond to IIPA's Objection
and Motion and ICIP's Concurrence so that it is able to provide a single response which Micron
believes is the most efficient use of the Commission's time and resources.
