It is incomplete because it doesn't attach any cost to the TIER 1 allowance change, currently 11. Changes to that allowance will drastically affect my bill, and not calculating the cost of that change and including it in the percentage increase is misleading. The most recent change lowered the allowance from 17 to 11 and this one appears to lower even more, 11 to 6.That is nearly a 65% reduction to the allowance and that is excessive and costly. I think we should be aware of the full cost of this rate increase before it is passed.Telling me that my rate will increase 27%without including that cost is incorrect, incomplete, and misleading. While I don't know for sure, I tend to believe that Falls Water shared this notice with the PUC before sending it to consumers. At this point, I'm opposed to any rate increase.Thank you for your time:' ------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Kevin Krank Submission Time: Mar 6 2025 12:43PM Email: kpkrankl@gmail.com Telephone: 208-346-1049 Address: 3650 Prism Dr Idaho Falls, ID 83401-5068 Name of Utility Company: Falls Water Co. Case ID: FLS-W-24-02 Comment: "I received the notice for the proposed increase for water on the Case number listed a bove. The information provided is very unclear as to the proposed rate increases without more information. For example,Three of the Morningview larger lots do not have a estimated median usage rate but reflects a proposed bill based on the median useage rate. What does that mean? Also, why would the median useage rate for a Morningview 1 acre lot with a 5000 gallon useage be cheaper than less water useage on a 1.5" supply in Falls Water and Taylor Mountain. The increases are disproportionately aimed at Falls Water and Taylor Mountain lots with a 3/4" meter size. This need to be equalized across the entire water system proposals for all three areas to be fair."
