A STIPULATED MOTION TO SEAL UNREDACTED CONFIDENTIAL AGENCY
RECORD was filed by counsel for Appellants on February 18, 2025, requesting the Court
accept and seal an unredacted confidential volume of the Agency Record. Therefore, after due
consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that THE STIPULATED MOTION TO SEAL UNREDACTED
CONFIDENTIAL AGENCY RECORD is GRANTED and the unredacted confidential volume of
the Agency Record shall be filed as of the date of this Order. Further, the unredacted
confidential Agency Record shall be sealed as it includes information subject to a protective
order. The Court shall utilize the sealed version of the unredacted confidential Agency Record,
and the redacted Agency Record shall be available for public inspection.
