Comment: "I totally object to Falls Water raising my rates again and give us less water if you have a
family of 5 with laundry, cooking, showers etc 7,000 gal is not enough and thus puts you into paying
for more water in a higher bracket, these water companies always want a pay increase but want to
give you less product, it was not to long ago falls water asked for an increase with less water as
usual and they received it,then on top of that we now have to pay at least 100.00 a year to have our
backflo preventers checked so that was another expense, however during all this time they kept
Lowering the Taylor Mountain water users or not raising them but sure increase ours, this was totally
unfair so lets let Taylor Mountain make up the difference this time since they have been skating by
for free or reduced rates. This increase also makes it to where a person cannot have a yard due to
Less gallons which in effect makes my property values go down for a home with no yard just a weed
patch. People like me that are over 65 and retired only have so much income and everyone is
always wanting more money, well I don't have more money I can't just call up Trump and say hey I
need a pay raise,we are limited on our income on Social Security and its making me a very poor
man with all these increase, water, power, gas, gasoline groceries etc.,I don't have anymore in my
budget to give, there needs to be some help for Senior Citizens in this community and think of the
elderly for once in these situations. Mark DuQuoin"

Comment: "In 2022 this company raised our rates 22%, and lowered our median usage from 10K to
8K. Now this same company wants to raise our rates by 34%and lower our median usage even
further from 8K to 7K.The owners, the Morasch family of Portland Oregon, has been in business
since 1956, specializing in meat processing products for restaurants, grocery stores, and
independent retailers.
Our water service, under Falls Water, owned by Natural Water has been substandard,we have had
BOIL alerts that have lasted a few days at a time. These boil alerts are because of substandard
equipment, so the company is pocketing the extra funds and NOT making improvements. Residents
of Idaho under this arrangement ARE NOT FAIRLY REPRESENTATED in the State of Idaho, with a
company who only responds to shareholders, not the customers they serve.
VEHEMENTLY OBJECT to this proposed 34%increase, or ANY% INCREASE, by this out-of-state
company. They provide a substandard product, and raise rates to offset any losses in their actual
meat processing, restaurants and grocery stores."

Comment: "There was a mistake on my first comment it should have read that it puts you in a higher
braket of paying more for less water, also we were not given any notice to responde to this until
2/27/25 when they enclosed a copy of the request to raise rates effective 3/1/25 so we had no
knowledge or chance to send in a rebutal on this until 2 days before it was to go in effect and my
neighbor received no notification until 2/28/25 in his water bill this should have been sent out to us
a long time ago so we could write coment but all my water bills for the past 8 months had nothing
mentioning a rate increase where I feel they tried to slide it under the table and not let users reply
for comment. Mark"

Comment: "The proposed rate increase by Falls Water is 36%for my area. I can understand if Falls
Water needs to update an aging infrastructure and have system improvements. Has Falls Water
been saving over time for these known costs? I can understand a 7 to 12% requested increase in
customer billing to accomplish these things in addition to all the "money"that should have been
being saved over to time to accomplish Falls Waters goals. Has Falls Water been operating"hand to
mouth"? I understand that inflation is real but I would hope that this hyper-inflation in rate is not
approved. In addition, that the Tier 1 allowance in all areas affected would be increased in
proportion to a reasonable bill percentage increase of 7-12%(this would not help us in winter but
during summer it would do something to alleviate the higher water bills)"

Comment: "Why is it that every time Falls Water raises prices, they also take away gallons for use?
So now I have to pay 32% more for less water? I already go over the water allowed for use and pay
more in the summer. Sounds like I'm getting the short end of the stick. How am I supposed to even
support a lawn? Besides that, the Taylor district never sees rate increases or gets a set amount of
water. I feel like the customers in my area have to pay for everything while Taylor gets whatever they
want. Maybe Taylor needs to get an increase for once. It seems to me that a 32% increase in price is
astronomical.Sure I wish I was able to get a 32% pay raise. It's unfair that one customer should see
an increase in rates and the other not. "

Comment: "I do not feel an increase should be done at this as too many are unable to make ends
meet with cost of groceries and other inflationary issues. Why would you decrease one section and
increase another? You have increased revenues due to the influx of people from other states. This
needs to be put on hold until we see relief from other financial pressures. "
