Surrender of Reqistration
Dear Ms.Hanian:
This letter surrenders the registration of Crown Castle NG West LLC ("CCNG-West")to provide
RF transport and backhaul services to CMRS providers and other intrastate services effective
January 12,2004 (Utility ID NZ6-T).1 As a result of the Pro Forma Consolidation of the Idaho
operations and assets of CCNG-West into its affiliate Crown Castle Fiber LLC ("Crown Castle
Fiber")that was completed on December 31,2018 and described in the Notice of Proposed
Pro Forma Consolidation filed on November 28,2018,CCNG-West no longer provides any
telecommunications services in Idaho.Effective January 1,2019,Crown Castle Fiber provides
telecommunications to CCNG-West'scustomers pursuant to Crown Castle Fiber's Registration.
Because CCNG-West'scustomers in Idaho are now served by Crown Castle Fiber,there is no
need for customer notification and there will be no possibility of any service disruptions.
Accordingly,CCNG-West requests that the cancellation be effective January 1,2019.
i CCNG-West filed a notice of name change on December 9,2014 reflecting the change
from NextG Networksof California,Inc.dba NextG Networks West to CCNG-West.
