REGARDING: Priest Lake Water LLC, Application PLW-W- 24-02
To Whom it may concern:
I am writing my comment regarding the increase rates that Priest Lake Water is proposing for the
subdivision Marvin Estates I realize there is maintenance that has to be performed to maintain a water
supply but the increase is excessive and not fair as there is not an option for a different supply leaving
Jared a monopoly on the water . Being on an RV lot in Marvin estates I already have had my rates double
as we used to pay for 6 months of use and fee waved in winter when not in use now we pay the entire
year.
The water should be owned by the association or the CC&R,s should be modified that would not
require a hook up to the water district therefore we could have option for a well.
The cost In City of Spokane for Water, Garbage, and sewer is roughly$100 per month for all 3 services
at Marvin Estates sewer and garbage are additional expenses.
