The purpose of the original and three (3) copies of this letter is to advise the Commission that
Nationwide Professional Teleservices, LLC is hereby requesting the immediate withdrawal of its
tariff, Idaho Price List No.1. The Company does not have any customers in Idaho and has
ceased its operations for telecommunications in the state.
Please acknowledge receipt of this filing by date stamping the extra copy of this cover letter and
