RESPONDENT IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION'S MOTION FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE
AND TO AUGMENT THE RECORD was filed by Respondent Idaho Public Utilities Commission
on February 14. 2025, requesting this Court take judicial notice of PacifiCorp's Electronic
Service Regulation Nos. 7 & 10, and augment the record on appeal to include those items. A
NOTICE OF NO OBJECTION TO MOTION FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE AND TO AUGMENT THE
RECORD was filed by Appellants Samuel and Peggy Edwards on February 16. 2025.
Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that RESPONDENT IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION'S
MOTION FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE AND TO AUGMENT THE RECORD is GRANTED and the
Court shall take Judicial Notice of the items listed below, which shall be augmented into the
record as Exhibits:
1. PacifiCorp's Electronic Service Regulation No. 7; and
2. PacifiCorp's Electronic Service Regulation No. 10.
