Comment: "This basic charge of 20$ per meter has significantly affected my bill and is even more
significantly affected my house hold. I have 2 meters at my house which means 40 extra dollars a month
for nothing. Plus now I'm paying a Basic charge for gas service to my home. So now my bill is 60 extra
dollars a month. I was upset over the 40 extra dollars for my electric service last month and now I see I'm
being billed for gas case#AVU-G-25-01.This is utterly ridiculous! Who thinks taking 60$ a month out of a
household is not a sufficient amount?You have lost touch completely and I'm spreading the word as
much as I can and asking everyone I know to do the same.
Totally ridiculous that this is happening in a time when we are all hurting financially."

Comment: "After reaching out to you guys in regards to my utility bill going up 40 extra dollars a month
for my electric bill because I have a separate meter on my shop. I see on this billing period I'm am now
paying another 20$ Basic charge for my gas bill. Now I am paying 60 dollars a month more than I was
paying. I don't know who thinks this is an acceptable price increase. I have spent a lot of money over the
years to make my home efficient and these basic chargers have all but erased any gains I made. Not a
happy resident."
