Dear Idaho Pubic utilities Commission:
Netlojix Telecom, Inc. was dissolved as a corporation in 2008 and the
Idaho Secretary of State has "administratively revoked" our status as
authorized business in Idaho, effective February 5,2009.
This letter serves as a request to cancel our PUC authorization to conduct
business in the state of Idaho and thereby our price list for interstate long
distance telephone service to business customers. As discussed with Angie
Velasquez, enclosed is a check for $50.00 for the outstanding PUC assessment
still owed by Netlojix.
